The customer is solely responsible for any misuse of the software, including but not limited to, using the software for illegal activities, infringing upon intellectual property rights, or any other use contrary to the software's licensing agreements. BootableUSBs.com expressly disclaims any liability for such misuse, and the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless BootableUSBs.com from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney’s fees) arising from or related to the customer’s misuse of any software provided on the Product.
  3. Purchasing Terms: All purchases of the Product must be made in accordance with BootableUSB.com’s ordering and payment procedures. Prices, descriptions, and availability of the Product are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before the Product is shipped.
  4. Refunds and Returns: BootableUSBs.com offers refunds or exchanges for the Product within 30 days of purchase if the Product is defective or does not meet the advertised specifications. To be eligible for a return, the Product must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling costs.
